These equestrian outfitters have everything you need for every member of the family to experience an adventure on horseback. Guided rides start at one hour and go all the way to full day and overnight trips. Breakfast rides, lunch rides, dinner rides are also available. Every ride comes with magnificent views and landscapes.
Capitol Peak Outfitters and Aspen Wilderness Outfitters
Based in Glenwood Springs, Capitol Peak Outfitters and Aspen Wilderness
Outfitters offer daily horseback rides and overnight packtrips in the
Maroon Bells-Snowmass Wilderness Area for every age and skill level.
Guided trail rides are available daily from one hour to all day and
include a two-hour breakfast ride, complete with a hot breakfast, and
half-day and all-day horseback rides with fishing.
Cozy Point Ranch
Cozy Point Ranch is one of the last year-round working ranches and only
public equestrian center in Aspen. With a history that goes back over 100
years, they offer equestrian boarding, riding lessons, and more. Open 356
days a year.
D and G Horses
Family-owned and operated, D and G Horses has been running trail rides and
guided pack trips in the Upper Frying Pan River Valley for more than 35
years. Located in Meredith between Aspen and Vail, they offer summer trail
rides and overnight trips, plus hunting and fishing trips. Choose from
guided rides in the White River National Forest from two hours to all day.
Their overnight horseback trips can be arranged for two or three days and
are fully outfitted except for sleeping bags and personal items.
Maroon Bells Guide and Outfitters
Based at the T Lazy Ranch in Aspen, Maroon Bells Guide and Outfitters
features a menu of equestrian rides starting at one hour to all day and
overnight. In the summer, they offer dinner rides along Maroon Creek,
complete with chef-prepared private dinners and steak entrees. Lunch rides
are ideal for families.

Snowmass Creek Outfitters
Based in Snowmass, Snowmass Creek Outfitters features horseback riding adventures from 90 minutes to a full day or overnight. Guided rides start at the Snowmass Village Rodeo Grounds and West Snowmass Creek. Available for ages 7 and up. For the littlest riders, pony rides are available at the Snowmass Rodeo arena.
